“Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. I’ve had 4 renovations done before in my other apartments, but hands down, this was the smoothest one so far. Good luck to you guys!”

“HIRE SOTO USA!! I could not be happier with the professionalism, price, and finished kitchen that Rob Soto and his team created. He was responsible for the following components, - managing relationships with all subcontractors, my building, and my super - demolishing the entire kitchen - placing new baseboards in the entire living space - placing down new tile floors in the kitchen - rerouting and installing new plumbing - building cabinetry - rewiring and installing new ceiling lighting - installing inside-and-underneath cabinet lighting - painting ceiling, walls - installing all appliances - placing backsplash - adding any fixtures (like door handles) - any and all touch-ups ("DETAILS" - says Rob) I hired him not only based on his fair price, but also his passion. This is a man who deeply cares about his product and his performance. I met with many other contractors, and no one impressed me as much as Rob did. He works on his own schedule, however, that is because he keeps himself very busy. Giving Rob the benefit of the doubt will never steer you wrong. He has amazing follow-through, attention to detail, and an eye for design. The type of work he does requires patience, and especially when you live in a small space as I do (i.e. Manhattan). I cannot recommend him enough.”

They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. “I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful! I was able to sell my condo well over asking price in 2 months time - although it was really sad parting ways with it then!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOE!!!
