Have worked with a variety of contractors and you really never know what your going to get as far as reliability, price, timing, etc. Marsel and his team got the job done on a completely reasonable timeline and the price I was quoted at the beginning is exactly what I ended up paying. “I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

“Sabo Custom builders did an awesome job on our custom house. He was high energy and always responded quickly to our questions even after hours. Our house was completely finished in 5 months. He always listened and made recommendations to help our home be beautiful. I highly recommend Ed Sabo as a home builder as we love our new home !!!”

“Would highly recommend Metropolitan Custom Homes. We were interested in building a custom home in the Houston area but was wary of the process and also builders in general. We set out to interview as many builders in the general vicinity and found a very mixed-bag. Some of them were highly arrogant and others somewhat clueless. In the end, we stumbled upon Stuart Beken at Metropolitan Custom Homes. Stuart seemed honest and reasonable and we felt comfortable with him from the beginning. Stuart worked with us to better understand the process and was very responsive to our needs (and our tons of questions) but also respectful of our budget and time. He is very hands-on and pleasant to work with. We are now enjoying our new home and would strongly recommend Metropolitan. Thanks Stuart!”

“I highly recommend Strong Tower. They made my remodeling experience smooth and pleasant from start to finish. They painted all the interior of my house. They removed countertops from kitchen and both bathrooms; they installed granite on my kitchen countertops and bathroom. They installed backsplash in kitchen, ceramic tile in my front porch and new kitchen sink and faucets. The crew was very knowledgeable about their work and did an amazing job. I will definitely use them for future projects and would absolutely recommend Strong Tower to anyone who asks me for a referral.”

“I hired CHI after two people I knew used them with stunning results renovating their respective homes. My wife and I initially used them to "fix" the floor of our master shower. It turned into a beautiful transformation that we enjoy daily and will add to our resale value. Since then we have used them again and will continue to use them. We recommend them to our friends and family. CHI's work is very, very high quality. They stay within a time budget and financial budget and will communicate immediately is anything changes. They are very professional with the sole objective of satisfying the customer. To that end, a job is not complete until the customer says so. Above all, they are trustworthy. I cannot recommend them highly enough!”

First and foremost, they were constantly communicating and providing updates regarding the timeline of the process. “Chris Dickey and his coworker Patricio did an EXCELLENT job on our fireplace wall to install the stacked stone we selected. We procured the stone, but they handled all other tools and materials. They were great to work with, were professional, and did a great job especially around the tough curvature of our fireplace mantle! They were very responsive to our concerns throughout the project and respected our house and our baby's sleep schedule even! Highly recommend. The wet saw and some cement they left behind killed some of our grass in the backyard, but doesn't prevent the 5 star rating overall.”

“Whitestone Builders and the owner, David Gordon, has had a working relationship with Collaborative Design Group Architecture and Interiors for over 6 years. We have primarily provided him with interior design services for his spec homes and for the majority of his clients for that time period. We do all of the cabinetry design as well, and have just started to do some of his architectural work too. David Gordon is one of the most reputable builders that we work with now and cannot recommend him highly enough. He has assembled a great new team of project managers, and provides a multitude of services to his clients – his most significant is his PCA, Pre-Construction Agreement for new home buyers. This allows David to help them with lot selection and purchase, design direction and the selection of the right architect and interior designer for the project, and has proven to be a popular offering among his clients. It is a great way to bring a professional of his caliber into the initial custom home building process, especially for a new buyer. Whitestone Builders has an exemplary record with our clients as well, David is a man of faith and that shows through in his dealings with our mutual clients. His projects have garnered him numerous awards, and he is active in the houston building community and has acted in numerous leadership roles. Whitestone Builders was named Custom Builder of the Year for 2012 by the Greater Houston Builders Association, their top award in the city. We have enjoyed working with David over the last six years and hope to work with him well into the future.”
