“To Andrew and all the team at JAS building services. My wife and I have been trying to get a project completed on our house for a long time. No matter how many people we contacted either they would quote and not return calls afterwards or they would say they were too busy with other jobs to even have an initial look. We then decided to arrange for a visit from JAS building services. Within a week of making contact Jim came out on the day and time specified to take details and to ask questions of the type of work we were looking for. We were given a comprehensive competitive quote within the next 2 days outlining all the costs for the work required. Once we gave the go ahead for the work to be completed, we were given a date roughly 4 weeks from the date of acceptance certainly a lot faster than any other builders we had previously contacted. We were then given access to the app which allowed us to see the schedule of works and gave us the ability to have constant contact with the team at JAS. On the day specified the Scaffolding was erected and from then on, the schedule of works was followed. The two men Lewis and Sam that conducted the work where on time, polite, and happy to answer any questions we had. They spoke with neighbours and informed them of the work to be conducted and kept us up to date with the progress of the work. The schedule was followed even to the point where they work on one of the days tirelessly for 12 hours to get the job finished. Once completed the scaffolding was removed within a week of the job finishing on the specified date. The work completed looks amazing we are so happy. We can’t praise Andrew and the team at JAS Building services enough and would recommend them to any of our friends, family, and acquaintances. Its great in these days of so many companies that deliver poor customer service standards that we feel like we where provided the services of such a professional team.
