“We hired Robbins Construction on two separate occasions. The house we purchased is older and not well taken care of by previous owners. We needed foundation support and entire floors rebuilt in half of our house, including both bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. These were big projects and Steve was happy and willing to give me an estimate months before so that we could save enough. Each job took less than a week. We had the same crew for each time, which is great! We got to know the guys very well and knew they were familiar with our house and the work it needed. Robbins Construction is trustworthy, relaible and honest! We have a few more things to do to our house in the future and we would not trust anyone else to work on our house and any future home projects if we ever move. Steve has also been able to recommend other service providers when we have needed an electrician and a new hvac tech when ours failed to do a reliable job. I can always count on Robbins Construction!”

“When we were planning to build our home we interviewed and received bids from several builders. It was clear from our initial meeting that Terry was the contractor we were going to work with. He wasn't the cheapest, but we felt he was the best for our customized home requirements. His personal, hands on management style and the great relationship he had with past clients was clear when he took us to see 4 other homes he had built. Each of the homes were beautiful and as we asked specific questions Terry knew every detail about each home. Clearly he managed the details closely. Fortunately, we were able to visit with the homeowner’s during our visits. Each client was happy to see Terry and to share with us the results of their collaboration. It was clear that his past clients still had a good relationship with Terry and each of them told us about Terry’s expertise, approach to their project and the attributes that made him a good fit for building their home. We wanted to be very involved in our custom project and Terry was patient and worked with us every step of the way. We made changes to the scope, many of them, but it didn't bother Terry. He'd smile and always said OK, and then proceeded to provide ideas and alternatives to achieve our objective. One of the biggest things about working with Draper Construction is Terry’s honesty and integrity. He demonstrated these qualities early on and throughout the project. Since we live in another state, it was comforting to know we could trust and rely on Terry to watch out for our best interest. Another benefit to working with Terry is the fact that he is an expert builder. Knowing that he had extensive hands on experience, he started as a framer, made us comfortable that we’d not only have a beautiful home but one that was structurally sound as well. His expertise proved critical when we considered and ultimately made some pretty significant changes to the architects design. Throughout the project Terry was an excellent communicator via text, email or calls and he made himself available to provide updates or to answer questions we had. In the end, our home was delivered on schedule and within the agreed upon budget. Ultimately, we believe Terry was actually less expensive than the other bidders based upon the value we received, the personal attention to detail and the benefits associated with doing things right the first time. We highly recommend Terry and if we have an opportunity to work with him again we surely will.”

“We had a great experience using Ben Decker Quality Construction. Ben was always very responsive to our questions and/or concerns. He always took the time to meet with us at the house during the various construction stages to review any questions or concerns we may have had. All the subs that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The project took roughly 6 months to complete, but the end result was well worth the wait. Our home is beautiful and we are very happy with the quality of work that was done. One of the most beneficial aspects that I greatly appreciated was leaning heavily on Ben to make decisions regarding color scheme and other minor details that I felt he would have a better "vision" for. His decisions not only added true character to the house, but it took a lot of stress from us (home owners). There was little to no trash throughout the duration of the project and we had no issues with the subs disrespecting our property (that we are aware of). Although we have only been in the home for around 2 months, we have been pleased to have no issues so far. The only bad experience we had throughout the building process was with our Mortgage Lender which we would absolutely not recommend. Other than a few discrepancies with additional costs, we could not be happier with choosing Ben to build our home.”
