“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. “This review is to express my gratitude to Persi Homes for its excellent work remodeling my master bath. I was very impressed by their professional and courteous attitude. They took their time to explain every single detail and suggested some great ideas of how to make the bathroom more stylish. The calculations were reasonable and they advised the materials that work the best for my bathroom. The project was completed on time and the quality of work is beyond my expectations. “I have built two homes with Patterson Construction, a duplex in Corona Del Mar and a luxury bay front home on Balboa Island. I chose Patterson Construction after a competitive bid process with many other custom home builders in the area. Both homes were built on time, on budget and to exacting quality standards. I was impressed with the management at Patterson Construction and believe they represent a new generation in custom home building bringing a level of professionalism, flexibility, and ongoing customer support not usually seen in the industry. For example, Patterson Construction's billing and accounting, home specification documentation and warranty binder are comparable to what one would find in a Fortune 500 company, not a local builder. And Patterson Construction's "open book" policy provided a level of trust and honesty that made my decisions about design/construction modifications easy to make with full confidence. “We have a very positive experience with hiring Green Avenues to complete retrofit and plumbing work at hour home. As part of the process of the Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) program that we had been able to qualify for, we had to get a certain number of bids. A few contractors gave bids that seemed to indicate they didn't really want the job, while other companies gave more competitive bids. However, we liked that Green Avenues had already completed other EBB work. There were some scheduling issues with the inspector, which we believe was on the city's part considering the same inspector showed up a week before to inspect electrical work that had not been completed at our home, but the inspection itself went smoothly. All the staff was friendly and professional, and the plumber they brought in to complete some additional projects did a nice job with installing an emergency gas shut off valve, as well as replacing the hoses and attaching a vent for our water heater. We would definitely recommending making Green Avenues one of the companies you call for EBB work, as well as other odd jobs around your home.”

“Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft. He also kept in contact with me during the entire build process and always notified me if he experienced specialty material delays. Thank you, Chris.”

“My wife and I had pleasure of working with Dwellify on our kitchen remodel in Farmington. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and turn-key process is superior. We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well. “Matt at MeMar is great. They did a complete remodel of our master bath and we love it. Neat, on time, and efficient. Matt was in constant contact, so we were well informed of progress and what to expect each day. Also had MeMar do a few smaller projects, carpet, outside wood trim, and vent install.
