Yuriy went out of his way to assist us through the building process, patiently answering my questions, amending quotes as I changed my mind, as well as engaging directly with local authorities and architect. He has encouraged us to make decisions, without forcing his ideas and accommodated changes, even after the work has started. I love the fact that I can always get answers on my texts, email or phone calls, even on his days off. Despite the complexity of the project, building double extension on the side, single extension at the back and doing loft conversion, while leaving on the hill with no direct access from the road, I was told that work is ahead of schedule and I am very happy with the quality so far. Two months to go and I can't wait until can move into my new home.”

“Inscope Management carried out the refurbishment/building work for a recent interior design project for a large apartment in Chelsea. This included a new bathrooms and kitchen (their speciality). Their work was of a high standard and their professionalism, pleasant & considerate behaviour worked well, in this potentially difficult and dense site with many occupied apartments around. They worked within designated times, and cleared and cleaned the communal access areas each day. Very pleased with their performance.”

“Fineva Construction came as a personal recommendation, and they did not disappoint. They built a kitchen extension and side return on our Victorian home in Beckenham. At the outset, they helped make all those tricky decisions I had no experience of, and looking back, we made all the right choices. All work was carried out within the 12 week schedule that was initially agreed and to the highest standards. As with any building work, there were small unforeseen issues that arose. But Pete Cook and his guys always had a solution ready and never tried to increase the cost because of them. The plans we had were always flexible, meaning that when our ideas evolved, they were always happy to incorporate them. They made useful suggestions on how to make improvements that we wouldn’t have thought of, such as adding soundproofing between the floors when the opportunity arose. The guys on site were all a pleasure to have around; courteous, polite and hard-working. As someone who works in the building industry, I was very impressed at every aspect of their work, and they are the top recommendation I have in my book of contacts!”

He organised our building work (from measuring up, giving advice/suggesting alternative options, ordering materials, to fitting the aluminium fascias and spray-painting the window frames) and saw the job through from start to finish in the most professional way. Will and his colleague Sam are reliable, unobtrusive and left the site clean and tidy at the end of every day. Will communicates well. He successfully liaises with third parties (for example, scaffolders, rubbish clearance) which allows the job to flow smoothly. Will’s workmanship is excellent. “We used Tommy and his team, Fixup, on the recent refurbishment of our family home. We now have an amazing four bedroom home, with a new ensuite and perfect family ground floor living. They converted an old garage into a new kitchen and extended the back of the property to allow for a sitting room and dining area with a new downstairs loo. We also have new bedroom wardrobes they they made and fitted. Tommy was great to work with and problem solve design solutions that best suited our needs and budget. The team have a high standard and work around any problems that arise. The team had to work around us living in the space for the end of the project and kept the working areas clean and safe for our children. We also worked with an architect that the company had work with on previous projects, this relationship was one that I would recommend as they knew each other. The Fixup team had lots of patience as we had a few delays due to party wall agreements etc. We love the end result of our home and this was the result of working so closely with Tommy. We have recommended him to other friends and will continue to do so. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “I have used Lubo (IDL contractors), on several occasions including a complete bathroom refit, to decorate a bedroom and living room, and to give the kitchen a facelift. On each occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, the value for money, and the accuracy of the timescale given. I had originally planned to just do a few bits to the bathroom but was given such a reasonable quote to do the whole thing, I went with that option instead. Lubo is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, even giving me a photo album documenting the bathroom job step-by-step at the end! Overall, I'd highly recommend IDL contractors (all the people sent to work on the flat were of a high standard), if you want to deal with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.”
