“Lee and his team did a great job building a two storey extension on our house. The location is challenging because we are in the middle of a terrace and our garden is only accessible through the house, but everyone worked around this without damaging the rest of the property. The builders also spotted a problem with the plans while laying the foundations and worked out how to rectify this straight away, which definitely avoided costly delays. The extension is professionally finished and looks great. During the work the budget spreadsheet was very helpful as this meant we could keep track of spending each week, see how much we still had to pay, and see the effect of any changes to the overall cost. I would certainly recommend IndieGo Build for this type of work in future.”

“Classic Barn company provided us an excellent detail design service, and supplied the oak Garage/Store as a kit. Our builder was extremely complimentary of the quality and ease of erection of the kit. Our order was during the Covid crisis, the classic barn team bent over backwards to ensure we received our kit, despite the challenging worldwide supply issues. “We had an interesting challenge in wanting to create more space from a dark courtyard, with little access for building works, and to incorporate a wet room and utility area, as well as a second reception room. Geoff Cole of PWCR managed to find a creative solution that gave us a light filled modern area, creating a new space and reusing the existing victorian outbuilding, and adding in the features we wanted, like a living sedum roof, circular skylight, water capture system, and perhaps the most peculiar requirement - a cat tunnel... The design that Geoff proposed, and which we went ahead with addressed all our needs, and we now have a fabulous new space and outside landscaping. Throughout the process, we were kept fully up to date with regular project meetings, minutes and site visits. Any queries were dealt with quickly, and Geoff was on hand as required. He also worked with us to find the best builders for the job, with local experience, and who were flexible with the access challenges. Overall, we've been exceptionally pleased with the end result, and would recommend Geoff and his team, particularly for anyone who has an odd shaped, inaccessible piece of land that they have grand designs for - he won't bat an eyelid, but will deliver!”
