“We hired Adrian for our covered Patio and outdoor kitchen project. He immediately contacted an architect and engineer for the drawings and plans. I was embarking on a total remodel of a shabby 1940's miners cabin, and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! And yet, I knew a lot about how I wanted it to feel in the end. So I needed a very patient builder who was also an astute listener. And naturally, I also needed someone honest, hard working and communicative. Lovett Building met all these needs, in addition to all the basics: accountable, thorough, and stayed within budget and timeline. “I engaged House on the hill Construction to build a world class Lash Studio called Dekalash in Castro Valley (salon) and I am so happy . Not only the work was done beyond my expectation , the team took care of all the coordination with all the parties .. I never had to visit the site and my staff love the beautiful studio. They are always accessible , kept me informed of all the progress and I don't have words. I have already referred them to my fellow franchise and they are my future construction partners . You are always welcome to take a tour of their work at Dekalash Castro Valley and you will know what I am talking about . Besides construction, the team also did all the assembly of furnitures , pictures etc etc I am recommend with highest possible recommendation .”
