“Extremely professional, thorough and even good follow up to make sure everything still OK after replacing a faucet and a showerhead and repairing a water heater. Also fixed a wall that had water damage & it looks like new. Will have them back to replace weather-stripping and paint the garage door. Just referred them to a friend and I rarely do that. Very impressed with pricing and honesty. You got it...they can fix it!”

“We contracted with Schaeffer Construction to build our retirement home in Missouri. They were great to work with and did a job above and beyond what we expected. They thought of and implemented things that never occurred to us. Being out of state, at first we were nervous about not being close, to check on the house, but on every trip we took to check on it, we were impressed with what we found. Every phase was top quality workmanship. It made us very comfortable being states away, knowing that the job would be done right, whether we were there or not. The sub contractors they use are the same for every job and it was quite evident that they hired great people and also expected no less than the best job out of each of them. We would highly recommend Tom Schaeffer, his son TJ and son-in-law Tony Mitchell to anyone and guarantee that you will be happy with their work.”

“Ryan and his crew were amazing. I had a totally custom project that tested their creativity, but they were great at helping me get the look I was after within a reasonable budget. Despite some issues with subcontractors and delays, I would totally do it again, because Ryan was committed to making things right and stood by his work. I have built several houses in the past. This was the best experience with a contractor by far. Issues will happen, things will come up, but if your builder is honest and takes pride in his work, you will be happy in the end!!”
