“Without any knowledge of this company other than online information,I tasked Karen to look at development possibilities for my 200 year old cottage. I did not want to move house though the cottage was just too small for my extending family. The resultant design that was approved by the local authority exceeded my wildest dreams and I solely put this down to Karen and her team's design talent and total perseverance. “NVDC are a very professional and accomplished architect's practice whom I have hired on a number of different projects, ranging from the high end refurbishment of a property in Glasgow in 2009, a complete house refurbishment in Wimbledon in 2012 which involved structural changes and more recently an ongoing project involving the design of a rear two storey extension to my house. Their attention to detail, creativity and ability to interpret from a rough sketch of what we were trying to achieve to a full set of architectural plans has been very impressive.
