“In my experience there are two types of builder, the one that will always moan about how bad the previous builder (or work) was, stick rigidly to the mandate (otherwise charge extra) and leave the site looking like a rubbish tip once finished, occasionally worse! Then there is the type that simply gets on with the work, points out those little extras (that you'd omitted to mention) after they've done them and leaves the site, tidier and cleaner than it was when they arrived. For me, Gigney falls very much in the latter category. I've used him for several jobs across two properties I own and even though he has relocated to Liverpool, as he has a team in London, I still use him to this day. Best of all, he consisently does a good job, goes above and beyond when/if there is a problem and I've always found him and his team to be polite, courteous and diligent. I'd recommned Lee and his team without hesitiaton - they are my go to builder no matter how big or small the job! 5 stars. (Pics attached - New kitchen + granite works (2021); external cladding (2022) and external decorations (2023)”
