“I am in the process of building a modern Arts and Crafts house, which is going very smoothly. From what I have observed, the teams of workers - basement, framing, roofing - have all worked well and quickly, and speak highly of Derek. Derek and I meet regularly to assess what is next for deadlines and within budget, and he patiently answers/explains my many information requests. ( We have known each other now for two and a half years in getting this whole project going.) Workmanship is excellent quality based on Derek's experience in housebuilding from start to finish and organization of the worker teams so everyone always knows where to go, when, and there is never a dull moment at any work site.
