“Highly recommend! You won't find anyone more detailed and meticulous in the construction industry than Justin. He built my home for me 5 years ago and I was working out of state at the time and he kept me in the loop on everything in a very timely manner. “Deffenbaugh Homes is the general contractor I am using to build a new home. They have been extremely helpful and creative in the process, they ask my opinions and want my input. They have helped me from the initial lot selection, design of the home to take advantage of various aspects of the lot, and guided me in selection of finishes and appliances. They use only the best sub-contractors and demand quality in all aspects of the work from their sub-contractors. They communicate with me on a weekly basis to keep be abreast of the progress. They have given me time to make selections of finishes and offer various options. I am kept informed about budget and any deviations from it, as well as the reason for any deviation. They have been very professional with extensive knowledge and expertise in the home building industry. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone interested in building a new home.”
