“We've had 3 significant home addition / remodeling projects, all of which were managed by a contractor. Our most recent, the stone porch project, was far and away the best experience we've had. In a project's hindsight there are always a few things you reflect back on. Quality of work - Everything they did on this project was done with care and attention to detail. We've not found anything in the months since the project was completed that we'd change. Interactions with Contractor, their employees and their subs - I genuinely looked forward to the guys showing up every day. By the end of the project we had formed friendships with most of the guys on the project and keep in touch regularly. Great guys!! Cost - "Was is worth it?" Answer: Absolutely. My only reservation in recommending Tovey-Perry 100% is that when our next project inevitably rolls around they won't have time to fit us in!! :)”

It was a big project and was complex as it was a conversion to a really modern house with simple lines and modern materials and colors from an old house that was in bad shape Tom Banister managed the project and we had a plan and detailed costing estimate which was achieved with very few over runs all of which were understandable. There was no drama and great integrity.”
