“our project had many unusual challenges that Duane and his group handled without any problems. They stayed to the architects drawings and were very particular with there work. The sub contractors that they utilized were all very competent and professional, The ease to which we worked with them was very refreshing. “Steve was a very good professional worker. We hired him to put an addition on our house and he got it done in less time than what he thought it would take. The weather cooperated with that too. He was fair and got the job done at about the amount he said it would cost. The room is beautiful and we love it. Zablocki is a good construction company.”

“From day 1 my wife and I were comfortable working with the owner Ryan. He worked with and gave a us a fair and reasonable estimate. He, Jason and the other workers did a great job and paid attention to every detail to be sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. Ryan even assisted with some other jobs that were added on a different contract. We have discussed having them perform more work for us in the Spring by replacing all of our windows. They are good for carpentry, dry wall, painting, plumbing, carpeting, roofing, gutters and snow removal. We personally used the services above however they offer many others as well. I would use them again and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for a great job Ryan and Jason.”

“Deric & D.Rock Construction were fantastic. My husband and I did a full gut on a duplex we bought about a year ago. We renovated the space for us to live in half and then rent out the other half. This included replacing all the plumbing, electrical, 2 bathrooms, installing a new separate HVAC, 2 new kitchens, and all the other items that go with such a project. The project went wonderfully. Deric and his team were patient, educational, and kept us well informed. They did fantastic work and stayed on timeline and budget. This was our first major renovation and it couldn't have gone any better. I am looking forward to utilizing D.Rock Construction again and would highly recommend them. Below are just a few photos of the project.”

The workers were here every day exactly when they were expected to be, and they were easy to have in my home. Their craftsmanship was outstanding and they always cleaned up.
