“It was great working with Jake, he understood exactly what we wanted, spent plenty of time with us going over our initial plans, and advised and recommended solutions wherever necessary- he also got back to us immediately whenever we had queries, hardware delays or design changes that needed to be addressed. “My wife and I were very happy with the quality and end result from JC Unlimited. We picked them based off all the 5 star reviews we read which is why we wanted to also leave a fantastic review! The communication and knowledge from Jesse, Karley, Kim and all the guys on the crew was excellent. They kept us up to date with everything going on and were accommodating with us adding or removing anything from the project. They renovated our upstairs completely from structural to upgrading our kitchen. We really liked how they had a breakdown of our cost to show exactly where our money was being spent to so everything was upfront and clear. “Our garage addition started off terribly with another contractor doing a very poor job leveling the foundation walls for the garage. Then 8Fold Contracting came and were able to masterfully work around the mistakes the concrete guys made and built a beautiful garage addition that looks original to the house. I am very particular with how I want things done and Chris and his crew did a fantastic job! My wife and I are so pleased with the job that they did that we have recently contacted them to discuss another renovation project we are hoping they can help us with. Our only regret is not knowing about 8Fold Contracting in time to hire them to do the entire garage addition. We would highly recommend 8fold for any project you may have.”
