“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“We hired Red Box from May to August 2018 to do a full re-decoration of our home. This included re-painting the entire inside of the house; removal of existing flooring; replacing all lighting, door and window furniture; some plumbing and electrics work; a full replacement of the master bathroom; and sourcing/managing other contractors such as roofers and AV. The entire staircase to the top of the house was wallpapered as well. We were lucky that the timing worked for them during the time we needed them, prior to moving-in. So we had many of their resources available to us. Their team arrived every day on time and were reliable and respectful. The Project Manager, Barny, was also very responsive and organised. He was on site almost every day. As for the quality of work, I am very happy and have received compliments from others in the business, including our designers. My only complaint is the cost of the work exceeded our budget and was above what we believe we would've paid elsewhere given the scope of the work. We had received lower quotes but Red Box was available when we needed them. However, given we live in London and the quality of work and attention was high, we are happy. We would recommend Red Box.”
