“I had Andy and his team complete a detached garage for me at my home watford. We had several contractors look at the project and found Andys ideas to be the most considerate of the surrounding landscape and general feel of the site. He constructed a 30m2 detached garage, high levels of insulation and quality brickwork to match existing. The project was on time throughout and additional jobs were added by us which Andy happily handled for us. ( we paid additionally for these) From architect drawings through to materials selection and project completion we were kept informed or any changes and complications that may arise. Overall me and my wife are very pleased with the final result and would happily use Andy again in future. One of those builders you wish you had met years ago! Thankyou Andy”

“Sorin and his team from RAS have done a brilliant job renovating our Georgian home. They started last August 2022 and eight months later we were able to move back in. We live in a conservation area, and every little detail had to be approved by the conservation officer. We had to match the brickwork with the original building, which they did beautifully. They knocked down the 1970s extension to build a kitchen with a bedroom above. The roof needed repairing, the gutters needed to be replaced, basically the rest of the house needed to be completely stripped out as well. They installed the bathroom and shower rooms and the with extreme care and attention and the tiling was great. Using architects / engineers plans we went from a 4 bed, 1 bath property with a small kitchen to a much larger family home. The team, run by Andrei, are super hard working, polite and friendly. They turned up on time, worked flat out and were respectful of our neighbours. We are beyond thrilled with their work.”
