“Sue provided an excellent service for my extension project. She not only helped me in the architecture design details but went extra miles to help me in wider ranges of my project queries. Now the design phase has been complete and my project is half way through. Yesterday my builder suggested me to change the roof construction method from the original agreed resin design to built up felt due to his issue with the subcontractor. I have little knowledge about the roof construction so I called Sue for advice. Within a couple of hours Sue spoke to my builder and Building Control and emailed me her analysis and advice, which helped me to make the decision.
