“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. “I have used Bespoke over several years starting with small projects which lead to larger ones such as a basement and kitchen reno. Andrew has great background knowledge, good contacts and a hardworking crew. He reacted quickly to an emergency flood in our basement while we were out of town which prevented further damage. He is easy to reach for any questions or concerns. A bonus is that his wife is in design so he understands that part of a project as well.”

“We have had several projects completed by DMJ . We re-insulated our attic, replaced several windows, upgraded our kitchen and had a septic holding tank replaced just to name a few. Dave and his crew are honest and trustworthy. DMJ workmanship met all of our expectations and in some cases surpassed them. It is evident that his passion for what he does shines through in his pride of workmanship. The only downside is his availability..... because he is in high demand. Definitely worth waiting for.”

“2nd time around with Sosna and their team. Current project was 3 bathroom renovations but because of time restrictions we decided on completing main bathroom now and deferring 2 remaining bathrooms until a latter date. Project was for complete renovation including new fixtures and painting. Project started and finished when indicated. Workmanship, again, was perfect. They stuck to timeframe were amazing with all our questions along the way. Project turned out amazing, time commitments met. Can't wait to complete other 2 bathrooms.”
