“My wife and I purchased a home on Lake Norman 14 years ago knowing that one day we would turn it into something special. Over the course of owning the home we did a few little projects like remodeled the pool, resurfaced the docks, added a screen porch, built an outdoor kitchen and bar, etc. When we finally got serious about doing our inside remodel we called Mike Shalvoy with Patrick Joseph Destinctive Homes. I meet Mike through a mutual friend that used Mike and his team to build their house. After meeting with Mike a couple times we felt like he understood our vision, goals and budget. Seven months later we couldn't be more happy with the results. We completely gutted the inside of our home down to the studs. We took out walls to open the floor plan, raised ceilings and created a huge kitchen and entertaining area. All new water lines, electrical, insulation, sheet rock, doors and the list goes on. We have a completely new home on the inside that looks amazing.”

“I have used this company several times from 2012 through 2017. They have done extensive work for my homes including: installing an entire floor with new wood flooring, replacing/repainting siding on my townhouse, complete bathroom renovation, roof repair/inspection, painting, several small plumbing jobs, and some small electrical repairs/upgrades. “I called this company to get a price on changing the master bath and get an opinion on new flooring. I ended up getting all new hardwoods, whole new master bath, electrical work throughout the house, wood burning fire starter, gas grill line, tankless hot water heeter, custom master closet, barn door installed and painting. I'm going to have him do work in the kitchen next. These guys are fantastic. Not just the pricing I received, but the quality of work and their professionalism is second to none. Let me put it this way... Marc was here working on the custom closet and the plumber was here installing the tankless water heater around 5pm. My father called to tell me his water heater had a bad leak and was flooding his kitchen. Marc grabbed his plumber and ran over there. Even though it was late in the day, they fixed my father's problem! They were thery until 10pm making sure everything was working and cleaned up. I plan on posting pictures of their work soon, but these guys are great and would recommend them to anyone!!”

They painted completely my house and redone the Kitchen Cabnets , also did a beautiful wall in my 20 ft height lo moving room that looks amazing in wood .
