“I've used J White Developments for a number of years. The projects have been varied in size and type but have always been done well and at a reasonable cost. The owner, Josh, has an extensive understanding of the building trade and has been able to advise and recommend solutions for every problem I have given him. He has always kept me informed on costs and timings and comes in on budget unless we agree changes. When he has used sub-contractors he has always overseen their work to make sure it is up to standard. Examples of larger projects: Lifting and re-laying the stone terrace around the property. Replacing a drain that regularly overflowed with a larger capacity one and redesigning soak-away Smaller project examples: Renovating wooden floors, replacing and installing lights for pictures, repairing garden lighting, perimeter fence repairs.”

They were professional from the first time we met and always kept to the timelines they set, including when I would receive the original quotation. I think I was quite a tricky client but they were always polite and patient with my questions. The standard of their work was flawless with incredible attention to detail pointing out issues which I wouldn't have noticed. I chose awkward tiles and difficult grouting but the finished result is exactly as I imagined and I love my new kitchen and bathroom! “Eamonn and the team put up a large two-storey, timber framed rear extension for us. The were knowledgable, hardworking, flexible and fairly priced. They also listened to what we needed but gently made suggestions when there was a better way to do something. We always knew what was happening in the project and it was a shame to see them leave at the end of the project.
