“Arne of Nordic Builders was one of three contractors I had bid on my total kitchen remodel and the first to provide detailed schematics showing me what he had in mind for the project (at no cost or prior commitment from us) along with a very competitive quote. All cabinets were to be custom built of the materials/colors/details of our choosing. We also needed drywall, flooring and electrical work. Arne provided contacts/sources for this work that were professional, wonderful and efficient to work with. Our add-ons (there were many) during the project were noted and priced at very reasonable rates. Arne didn't drop the ball once, provided great ideas at the beginning and during the entire process. He managed the project to a conclusion that was to our complete satisfaction. The cabinets are beautiful!! My wife has the kitchen of her dreams. “Jon Tabor at Carter Custom initially helped us with replacing 2 fireplaces in our home. We were so happy with the work and with the service that we decided to use them to help us with other remodeling projects. “Ohana Construction wasn't the absolute lowest bidder, but was close to the least expensive. What moved me to select Ohana was their assessment of my anticipated project, the problems I may face with regard to construction, warranty work and maintenance. Because I had several projects being performed at the same time, dates of performance was paramount. Ohana worked very well with other contractors even when those other contractors changed and delayed their schedules without notifying either me, the homeowner, or other contractors. This action cause Ohana personnel to be literally idled for a few days, but Ohana was able to work around this problem. Changes in the scope and design of the project were met with understanding and were accommodated. All the personnel who worked on the project were professional, competent, and congenial. I would recommend Ohana Construction to anyone who would need their products or services.”
