“We used Subs Construction for our kitchen extention and bathroom upgrades after several weeks of research of local companies. We chose The Subs Construction Team for several reason, first and foremost they put family in the heart of everything they do and did, we cannot emphasise how much the project manager Ben did for us and my family from putting us at ease in relation to how we wanted our space to work and the quality of work we expected. From the offset of getting quotes and our chats with other contractors, Ben put so much confidence into what we wanted would be achieved and what was to be delivered at the forefront.. he listened, gave other ideas and suggestions with his expertise in engineering, his team delivered an outstanding result for us. Ben was honest with numbers from the offset, which was very important for us, he explained every step of the way the job and materials involved in achieving our dream extention and bathroom upgrades. “Having used Chris from Appropriate Design solutions I can confidently say that he is one of the most patient designers we have ever had experience with. We wanted to build an extension on our grade 2 listed cottage, this could not be a normal one so we were recommended to speak to Chris. What followed was an enlightening view of how the planning process is run, and clear advice of how we are best to 'play this game' Chris has many years of experience and he patiently advised us on what was reasonable and what we should expect through the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Chris to anyone who has an extension of alteration to their home which requires a little more attention to detail. he has a great way of explaining things into laymen's terms and gives the confidence that is so needed when dealing with the mystical forces of planning council departments.”

“i wanted someone who could handle my project of building a downstairs toilet from beginning to end. Throughout the process Les and his team were always on time and worked long hours. We had several hiccups( non of which was their fault) but they kept me informed at all times. His workers were always polite and willing to go the extra mile eg. They made me a plaque with my house number to go on the outside and put a new Hanging basket up for me , among other things. Les came round to inspect the work frequently and to make sure that I was happy with the standard of work. I totally recommend them.”
