“Having lived in Manhattan for 45 years, I have been many construction companies come and go. Not a problem unless you need them to fix / repair / re-do a problem or if you want to make a later upgrade. Our current project was an update on our 26 year old ailing sun porch. We selected Jankord based on the consistent quality of his work plus the companies 40 year Manhattan history. While his estimate was not the lowest one, high quality and value is never cheap. In summary, the Jankord team came when they said they would; they stayed on our project until it was completed; and they left the site spotless. In addition some additional related work was performed at no additional charge. He lived up to his slogan: they “Measured up to our Standards”.”
