“I have used Lubo (IDL contractors), on several occasions including a complete bathroom refit, to decorate a bedroom and living room, and to give the kitchen a facelift. On each occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, the value for money, and the accuracy of the timescale given. I had originally planned to just do a few bits to the bathroom but was given such a reasonable quote to do the whole thing, I went with that option instead. Lubo is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, even giving me a photo album documenting the bathroom job step-by-step at the end! Overall, I'd highly recommend IDL contractors (all the people sent to work on the flat were of a high standard), if you want to deal with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.”

“I was recommended this firm to carry out renovation of my 2 bedroom maisonette which required updating. The scope included demolition of existing kitchen, bathroom and removal of flooring and ceilings. New pipework was installed following the relocation of the boiler and changes in the bathroom from having a bathtub to walk in shower. the toilet was also repositioned which required changes to the waste pipework. The walls and ceiling in every room and hallway was re-plastered to a very high standard. The painting was carried out with attention to detail with lines done immaculately. The kitchen installation was carried out expertly with minor corner voids covered in a very professional way. The wall tiling in the kitchen and bathroom flooring was completed perfectly with not even a sign of snags or misalignment. All ceiling downlights were installed in all rooms without affecting the plastered finishing. The flooring and skirting installation was done with recommended underlay assisting with noise proofing. They also recommended insulating the roof space to assist with heat retention. Throughout the process, communication was key to a successful project with options being provided transparently. I would recommend to anyone who requires either major work or minor maintenance as their standards are of the highest quality. Their operatives are very professional and clean up after their work. The experience for me was made easy due to the professionalism of this very capable firm. Top marks!”

“I had only positive experience from the first day of engaging with Excell. Yuriy went out of his way to assist us through the building process, patiently answering my questions, amending quotes as I changed my mind, as well as engaging directly with local authorities and architect. He has encouraged us to make decisions, without forcing his ideas and accommodated changes, even after the work has started. I love the fact that I can always get answers on my texts, email or phone calls, even on his days off. Despite the complexity of the project, building double extension on the side, single extension at the back and doing loft conversion, while leaving on the hill with no direct access from the road, I was told that work is ahead of schedule and I am very happy with the quality so far. Two months to go and I can't wait until can move into my new home.”

“Alchemy build have completed several projects for us over the years. Aaron and his team have always been communicative, professional and easy to work with. Our extensive home refurbishment was completed within the agreed timescale. Aaron offered us honest advice and suggestions throughout the project based on their experience and expertise. Sometimes this meant adjusting plans to avoid pitfalls down the line, which in hindsight saved us a fortune. Aaron also made us aware of some aspects of the project we were spending unnecessarily on, allowing us to re-evaluate our budget allocation. Ultimately, the team went over and above and exceeded our expectations. We received compliments about the house from friends and family, many who have now gone into contract with Alchemy to carry out their home renovations following the work they completed for us. “I have used Chris and his team at R.A.S Construction for several 'full service' projects (covering refurbishment, extending, plumbing, re-wiring etc) - each time the work and service has been exceptional. We received a detailed, competitive quote and the work was completed on-time to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation recommending them or using again. “This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “We decided to choose MoreSpace to build our loft extension and were so glad we did. We were firstly consulted by Stuart Ellerby who gave us a thorough overview of what was involved in a loft extension and who is responsible for what during the project. His knowledge was first class and he spoke in layman’s terms and not jargon which we found very engaging and brought it to life. Once we agreed on the project, Stuart also kept in touch throughout with regular site visits and was also super responsive when we raised any questions. His aftercare has also been great. The team who built our loft was insane. The team was led by Jake and everyone in his team were super friendly and accommodating, whether it was popping up for a sneak peek on progress, asking any questions or looking to make slight adjustments. The finish of the job is perfect and exactly what we’d hoped for. They left the place clean and was complete within a much shorter time period than I expected. For such a large project, this felt like the easiest one I’ve had to undertake so far thanks to Stuart, Jake and his team. We did shop around with 4 other competitors and these by far have the best reputation and I’m glad I trusted the reviews. 5* Thanks Team!!!”
