“We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. The dialogue has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will likely use them again, should we need work done in the future..”

“Perkinson Homes is truly an excellent builder in the Richmond/Chesterfield Virginia area. My husband and I had never built a home before, but Shane and Brian made is so easy! Their attention to detail and "extra" touches is noticeable throughout our beautiful home. They only work with contractors who they know well and are craftsmen in their trade. Without being prompted, Shane would contact me everyday to provide updates and next steps in the process. They were very patient as I changed my mind several times with certain features in the home. “We hired Lee Payne at Timber Creek Construction to remodel 2 of our bathrooms. Our hall bath first then the master bath. We have been very pleased with the work. Lee and his crew have always been very polite and did a wonderful job. Lee always let me know who was coming and when. He also came back after each part of the project was complete to make sure everything was done correctly and to make sure we were happy. We had gotten several quotes before hand and believe he was very reasonable and honest with us. Which means a lot!”

“Contracted Maison to replace the exterior doors of my house. Took some time to get materials ordered but once available installation started immediately. Project took longer than I or contractor initially expected due to some "old house" issues but was completed in 2.5 days. Subsequent issues with flashing, trim and seals was take care of quickly and without question. All in all a very good experience.”
