“We have just received planning permission for our internal reconfiguration which Simon has designed for us. He visited us on several occasions and helped us to see the potential in our property exploring all the options available. Together we talked through how we want to use the house and we have used every pocket of space to reach that potential. Simon has been friendly and accommodating throughout and he has kept in touch regularly. He talked us through the planning process and kept us updated whilst successfully securing planning permission. “We were fortunate to have Crayon Architecture recommended to us before our house purchase was completed. After our initial site meeting we were very impressed with Andrea & Dan's straight forward positive approach & instructed them to undertake the designing & drawing up plans to submit to the Council for approval. Crayon Architecture had the same enthusiasm & vision for our project as we did & that was extremely important to us. They were very professional & easy to work with. Crayon also provided us with 3 D design visuals which really bought the whole building site to life for us. We were always able to contact them to ask questions & they quickly provided the answers. We would highly recommend.”

“The project was to convert an old Sunday School; which had not been used in decades, into a three bedroom family home. The structure was derelict and basically a main hall. We employed Pendragon Builders because the portfolio of previous work was exceptional, their skill set was perfectly aligned to our needs and the staff were highly skilled and fully committed to the project. Kevin was an amazing link pin in realising our aspiration and managing the project. The estimate was incredibly detailed and left no doubt that every part of the build would be completed without hidden costs or needless waste. The end product is flawless, we could not be happier. One of the most impressive aspect of Pendragon Builders; apart from the high quality of workmanship, was the constant contact and progress reports which ensured we were fully involved from the outset. I would recommend the services of this building firm without hesitation and will definitely use them again for any future building needs. Max”
