“We spoke with numerous builders and started our building project with one other builder before finally finding Freese Custom Homes, and are so glad that we found them and decided to have them build our home. Todd was amazing to work with from the very beginning planning process all the way through to following up after we moved into our home. Instead of working with an architect, we had Freese Custom Homes design our house based on some ideas we had and are incredibly happy with the floorplan and design we ended up with, not to mention the cost savings over using an architect. Todd was able to design a house that was laid out just like we wanted, and also made sense from a builder's perspective so there were no architectural surprises during the building process. Communication throughout the build was great, which was very important as hiccups related to covid supply issues arose. Todd was able to work around all of the issues that came up and found reasonable alternatives when the selections we chose were no longer available. The end product is above our expectations and we couldn't be happier about how it turned out. If I had another building project in the future, Todd would be my first choice without hesitation.”

“We've worked with Kevin Showalter for a couple of years now getting a number of projects completed that we just didn't have the time or skill to finish. Kevin worked long hours into the evening on some of the projects after he was done with his Day Job. Now that he's launched his own venture, we're looking forward to finishing a few more small jobs, and then on to a long-overdue bathroom & kitchen remodel project Kevin always puts together a detailed scope of work with a firm price, so there are no "surprise" cost overruns, which is typically our experience with other contractors. He's a a hard worker and gets the job done right. So far Kevin helped us finish a tongue and groove ceiling project in a large outbuilding, as well as installing about 2000 square feet of flooring and stairs. He finished up some window trim, baseboard and a door installation that the "other contractor" never finished. Definitely recommend Kevin and provide a reference call to anyone considering him.”
