“Doug and Dez own and run Noble Heritage Builders. Doug has been building homes in the Verde Valley for years and has a strong relationship with great sub-contractors who handle everything from electrical, plumbing, grading and excavation to roofing and tile and granite. Doug uses his own framing and finishing guys who are all top quality. Doug works on the old fashioned principal that his word is his bond. I highly recommend them.”

“I highly recommend Bella Construction for your remodel or design update. Our project was completed on budget and in the timeframe established. Chris takes extreme pride in all his work and will go above and beyond to provide a high quality result. Our remodel is better than I imagined and we receive compliments all the time. They put together a budget and timeline so I could be prepared and understand the details of the process. They are extremely professional and very knowledgable in building in Prescott. “The first project that Chalk Hill did for us was to build me a greenhouse. About four years later Roger designed and built us a guest house on a separate lot. Roger's caring and attention to detail have made the latter a lovely house. Last year I noticed some problems with the fifteen year old guest house and Roger came and rebuilt the deck and had the floors sanded down and refinished due to a tennant leaving circular rings in the wood from not having rubber pads on his chair.”

“My wife and I engaged John Nanke, Nanke Signature Group, to build our home in Hassayampa, Prescott, Arizona. Prior to this big decision we interviewed a number of builders and decided to go with Nanke Signature group due to the quality of homes he had previously constructed, the input from past clients and our overall evaluation that he was an outstanding and reputable builder of custom homes. We could not have been any happier. Our construction and his commitments to the completion of our home could not have been better. In addition, we found his employees and the contractors he utilized during the course of our 22 month construction to be highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Mr. Nanke is a man of his word who takes great pride in his work and he worked with us every step of the way to ensure quality construction within our budget. I cannot recommend Nanke Signature Group any higher than to state we would go back to him again should we ever build another home. He is a good man and a tremendous custom home builder.”

“Ed York is now my favorite handyman. He not only does good work and charges reasonable rates, but, best of all, shows up when he says he is going to, and at the time he says he will be there! Ed has done several jobs for me, helping me get my house ready to sell. I don't bother to call anyone else now. He does it all: drywall repair, painting, plumbing, tub surrounds. I haven't found anything yet that he doesn't do.”

“I researched this pending project for over 6 months, getting bids and ideas for this project. I contacted over 10 companies for bids, which was an experience in itself!!! When 2-A-T Construction came out they listened to what I wanted, gave me suggestions that made sense and quote was in ballpark. I can't say enough on how contractor stayed "on-top" of project from beginning to end. Cindy was very professional and shared her knowledge of "details" that gave me an opportunity to customize my project wishes, staying within my projected budget. All workers were professional, answered my curious questions and even took some pictures of the deck top with my cell phone so I could see the work done on top. I am "extremely" pleased with the outcome and LOVE utilizing my new Deck Cover year round in this lovely Arizona climate to entertain family and friends. I totally recommend 2-A-T Construction, Cindy Spahr to anyone who wants someone reliable, reasonable and professional. Now I can now say I have my own "General Contractor" for jobs in the future. P.S. All my neighbors love my new Deck Cover on this Santa Fe Style home and it's definitely added great value to my home and the area.”
