“Last year, Greg and his team did my home extension which required several steels and large expanse of sliding windows. They put in a new ensuite bathroom, flooring, shelving and a patio and decking in the garden amongst many other bits of work. He and his team were extremely reliable, produced work to a high quality and were fantastic at problem solving. Greg went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work and was a pleasure to liaise with. He invariably answered the phone when I called and if not available would get back to me very quickly without needing to be chased. I can highly recommend Greg and his team and plan to use them again in the very near future.”

“We have used this construction company over the last few years and they have done some great work for us - the last job an excellent bathroom. We live in an old house and things not always straight forward. The contractors are always very pleasant and polite. We are confident that a job will be completed and we would never be left with something unfinished. A big bonus is that Pel will always reply to messages.”

“Oldfield Construction gave us the best quote for our kitchen extension and we liked the attitude and professionalism of the team that we met. The build ran smoothly and we were kept frequently updated of any changes and or issues. They were knowledgable and helped us make decisions on all aspects of the build. The finish on the interior is amazing and the outside looks great against the rest of the house. Would thoroughly recommend them.”

“We used TN Design & Build to construct a single storey rear extension, modify a kitchen, study, dining room and hallway, including a new staircase. Exterior works included a large raised terrace and patio area. The site was established to a high standard with security fencing to protect our front and rear garden and included a welfare hut, site toilet, skip and safe storage of materials. The work was all to a high standard and supervised by a site foreman throughout. Sub-contractors worked to the same exacting standards. There was good transparency around budget which included a Bill of Quantities and two weekly valuations, meaning we never paid for more than completed work or materials on site. Communication with Tom was very good, and the project was completed ahead of time and within the agreed budget. I would not hesitate to recommend TN Design & Build to others.”

We embarked on the internal restructuring of our property with no plans, just ideas, and this wasn't a problem for Nick. He came up with solutions to enable us to have exactly what we wanted and proposed and inspired us with suggestions for additional ways of using the space. The project came in on budget and within the time-scale quoted. We have no hesitation in recommending Nick, Michelle and the team, they were a pleasure to work with and we are extremely proud of our home.”
