“Rod Wolff and his highly competent team of professional contractors provided us a comfort level not experienced in several previous home renovation projects we have taken on. Our project involved every discipline in house renovations from footings and heated concrete floors to complete teardown of building interior up to and rebuilding; including finishing carpentry. We anticipated issues marrying new to old. Rod's ability to communicate and bring trades and owner's together to problem solve resulted in a working environment that focused on the end goal. Rod understands the big picture and seeks to find balance in everything he does; presenting a clear picture for everyone to understand. I highly recommend Rod and would do business with him again in a heart beat. He surrounds himself with the best contractors and is very approachable and cares. “Mike and his colleagues at Talee Renovations renovated our home during the summer of 2011. From beginning to end, Mike and all of his Talee Renovation colleagues were pleasant, respectful, punctual, and thorough. Talee was careful and thorough in walking us through all of the renovation items we desired line by line so that we could clearly see all of the costs and product allowances item by item. From this approach, we were able to prioritize the renovation items and proceed within budget. We had a minor service item develop and come to light a few months after project completion, and Mike and his Talee colleagues were there for us asap to make it right. “We had Kavaleer Homes and Renovations complete the construction of our legal secondary suite, and assist in the design and permit process leading up-to construction. I’m really glad Kyle with Kavaleer was involved from the beginning as the house was not a typical conversation and Kyle provided creative and cost effective solutions that met all the City requirements. Even still, the renovation came in on time, on budget, and passed all inspections without an issue. The tenants we selected have been very happy in the space and we haven’t had any workmanship issues at all.”

The project required an engineered solution to meet our needs of adding two rooms over our garage, drywall, finishing of the garage, installation of upgraded HVAC to meet the larger house size, new stucco, new eavestrophing, fascia, soffit, new finishings in all upper floor. Second project on secondary property was to assist with proper sealing of crawl space and increasing insulation in attic.
