“We recently remodeled a studio we purchased for guests who visit us. The project included the demolition of a kitchenettem and a bathroom, and the installation of new cabinets, wood flooring, granite countertops, appliances, wood molding and a custom Murphy bed in the sleeping area. My husband and I wanted a contractor who specializes in high end kitchens. We hired Paul Lopa (who had previously done two projects for us---a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel) as we were extremely impressed with his work, from beginning to end. For the studio project, Paul brought many samples to our home before the project commenced. It was very easy for us to select the materials, from the wood used for the cabinets and Murphy bed to the granite countertop and wood floor. We were also very pleased with the appliances he helped us select as well, as the kitchen was transformed into a full-fledged kitchen with an eat-at counter. Paul helped us select custom marble for the bathroom which is gorgeous! Every suggestion he made was great. The studio is now worthy of being photographed by Architectural Digest! Paul and his crew are very professional. His staff is friendly and were always on time. Upon completion of the job, the whole area was clean and ready to use. Paul was always accessible and available to answer questions whenever we had one. We were impressed that the project finished on time and on budget! We will definitely use Paul for all future work. He is a consummate professional and very nice to work with.”

“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“From the design team to the ground crews and Ryan, the owner of Watlee Construction, all of his team members show an in-depth knowledge of the zoning, codes, and what you can dream up with your new home or renovation. Ryan is also intrinsically aware of the latest trends, as well as the most innovative products for building in this tough climate. For our family, Watlee Construction is taking a million dollar shell of a beach home, gutting it, and revamping it to become our new dream home. And we are doing it on a budget. We wanted to move the stairs in the home, so they brought in an architect to get it done. We wanted a bigger custom spa, and (snap) done, cabinets and design methods were selected in advance, and any changes made along the way were greeted with a solid answer of, "Yes that's possible," or "No, the structure/code doesn't allow for that." My schedule is busy and Ryan has personally met us on nights and weekends, to get the project moving. Watlee Construction did a previous project in 2012 in Stuart of converting my garage into a master bedroom with master bath, and everyone who sees it is impressed at the transformation. When we bought the new home, we had ideas of what we wanted to do, but now its becoming a reality. Who knew there's a indoor/outdoor two sided fireplace (wow!) or you can lift and stack all your water heaters and a/c's to make more floor space, or yes, you can even build a stairs and a cat door to the master suite, if that's what you desire. Without the guidance of the team from Watlee Construction, we would have had exactly what we asked for and nothing more. Ryan has an eye for what is next and better and can make you dream even bigger. Dream big and don't be afraid to trust in these local experts. We did and we are excited to move into our new Jupiter Beach home in June.”

“Dan Getson, owner of Trav-Daniels Construction Services is every homeowner's dream. His professionalism and quality of work is exceptional. I hired Dan a year ago to demo and remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms at my condo. His eye for design and knowledge of every aspect of construction, resulted a high quality remodel for a very fair price. His workmanship was noticed by many and has been hired by at least 6 other homeowners in my complex. Dan's level of professionalism, knowledge and workmanship is difficult to find in a contractor. “Villa's Remodeling is absolutely THE BEST! We were a completely inexperienced couple just trying to remodel our home and stretch our money as much as we can. We found them on Angie's list and hoped for the best. Little did we know that we were going to get the Crème Da La Crème of professionals! Dealing with John and his team was a blessing. Their level of professionalism was exquisite. John and his team not only helped us make our decisions but also educated us about each choice we had to make . They manage to do the job that I know would have taken an average "JOE" double the time and kept the communication open through the whole process. I have nothing negative to say about them. “We had BRT do a remodel and expansion of our 12,000 sq. ft. gym. The 2,600 sq. ft. expansion started as an empty shell to which we added 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 offices, a kitchen, storage, spinning room and aerobics area. Pancho and his guys were prompt, thorough and did a great job and we stayed on budget. All minor punch work finishing touches were done in a timely manner.”
