“We have really enjoyed working with Hoko to remodel our Victorian home. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but Danny and the team at Hoko took that idea and have designed something for us that far exceeds our expectations. The team managed the whole process - design, structural engineer engagement, planning permission with the council, tendering for a builder, and project managing our build. It's really been very stress free for us! The VR walk through really helped us to visualise the space and what it could be and really gave us confidence that we were making the right decisions. The team were prompt at keeping us up to date, making amendments to the design, and responding to our many queries. They have been really great with us during the COVID lockdown too - out work had stopped, but the team have kept in touch with us, helped us to plan how best to start up again and great at talking through design ideas with. We would 100% recommend Hoko for your house project. It's been a great experience and although our project isn't compete just yet, we are so excited to see the final outcome. We love it already! “Staveley undertook the renovations to our home last year (2015). It is a Victorian property and needed major upgrading. We had two new bathrooms and one WC put in, the house rewired and a new central heating system fitted and the roof area insulated. We had artex removed from several ceilings which they were able to do without damping the originally cornicing. We had structural work done to the kitchen area (extended and steel beam fitted) and a new kitchen fitted. The job proved challenging due to houses age and state, but they appeared not to be phased by its challenges and were solution focuses in their approach. I found them to be professional with good advice and ideas. Would recommend.”
