“We were delighted with every aspect of Nixor's work. The project involved re-roofing and doing a loft conversion to a Victorian property that needed careful consideration by the builder on many aspects: Maintaining and restoring the character of the property. Adhering to a strict budget. Working withing permitted development. Adding Intricate structural steelwork with minimal interior damage [it looked like building equivalent of keyhole surgery]. Working within confined spaces between neighbouring properties and limited parking. Taking into consideration that young children were living at the property, and in neighbouring properties during the build. Nixor managed the job excellently and always left the site in a clean, safe and tidy condition at the end of the day. They put up protection to stop debris from falling onto neighbouring property and checked daily that nothing had fallen. It made working in close confines with neighbours possible, helped by their general consideration of the needs of those around them, not just those of the build. ALL members of the team were polite and courteous with neighbours etc at all times. Nixor were reliable in that they always did what they said they would do and turned up when agreed. I could not recommend them highly enough and are planning on using them again in future.
