“Chris and his team are amazing. Communication, honesty and transparency is second to none - compared to the other local well renowned Brisbane builders (the ones all over facebook and instagram) Chris was a breath of fresh air. Chris has worked extremely hard with us to realise and deliver our ambitious and challenging (oversized!) project in Clayfield. Right in the thick of unprecedented increasing material prices, rising interest rates and availability of labour and materials - Chris has been in the trenches with us, helping us navigate this volatile time in the construction industry, working closely with us to look at options where we can save money. Chris is a problem solver, always positive and has been resilient, a rock for us, in the face of what have been some very adverse and unique situations. We have been so happy and impressed with Chris and his team on our $1m+ project - their professionalism, workmanship, quality of work and work rate is phenomenal. “I've had the pleasure to use Glen as my builder on my last 2 projects. Glen skills and experience made a big difference to my final outcome . He's old school meaning he is honest , arrives early morning and works an honest day’s work , Every day! He cleans up after himself every day! . He is organised and has very good time management. He does what he says he'll do and is a very good communicator . He was open to discussion and potential changes at any time of the construction. He responds to emails , Replies to phones calls and a very nice guy. His product is very good and he's a wonderful builder ! He could be the last of his kind and he's right here in Brisbane . From the start, through the process of quotation right until the keys were handed over, Kirby and his team displayed nothing but professionalism. No question or query went unanswered and all communication was undertaken in a timely and professional manner. “Fantastic Construction people, I like the way the price doesn't change and they work in with you. I don't know the technical stuff but some how they understood what i wanted and made it really easy to understand. Increasing the value of a home was the priority as we didn't want to move. We wanted more natural light and more space, the cost was realistic and they worked around our schedule so there was minimum disturbance. They really put themselves our for us. I would use them again perhaps in a few years to work on the patio and pool, for now the extension front and back will keep us happy.”

“It all started with meeting Jason Nicholls, the sales consultant of Ownit Homes, I walked into a display home in Upper Coomera and there I met Jason. What an asset to the company, he is kind and friendly, not pushy at all and so helpful. Nothing is ever too much for him. And he follows up with everything. Next is the back office team in particular Nikki Lennon and Angela Black. I have asked them both so many questions and they never got irritable with me and they explained everything to me in a language I could understand. And lastly, Mark, the site supervisor, he is as friendly as the rest and phones me every week to let me know how the construction is going. (A very nice touch) My new home is on time and on budget. I would really recommend Ownit Homes to anyone that is thinking of building a new home.”
