“I had the absolute pleasure of working with Craig and his talented team at Duraforce on a major renovation project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and I truly feel they went above and beyond in every aspect. The scope of work was extensive: Craig was appointed to knock down several structural and non-structural walls, install a stunning bi-folding window, replace some windows and the front door, completely redo a bathroom, lay underfloor heating, fill up certain doorways, handle electrics and plumbing, create a new walk-in wardrobe, design and build a media wall, mount a brand-new kitchen, and finally carry out all the decorative finishes including flooring and painting. Craig kept me updated throughout the project, was always easy to reach, and proactively offered his own ideas and suggestions. Many of these were excellent improvements to the original plans — he has a great eye for design and functionality. It’s also worth noting that the only minor issues we encountered came from third-party suppliers or trades we had brought in ourselves.
