Peter organises and orders all the products and Tom (son) is a complete perfectionist in all his work. Meticulous to say the least, Tom has to complete everything to the highest standard. A true Gentleman who could not be more easy to work with, Tom was simply superb, working alongside a fantastic team all of whom worked well together. A great experience watching the complete transformation of a 2nd floor 3-bed flat which had not been updated for over 50 years. Every single item of their work gear, to the outgoing kitchen/bathroom/plumbing/ wiring/brickwork/debris etc was hauled either up or down each flight of stairs, with no complaints whatsoever by other residents regarding any mess. It was awesome just to watch them at work and witness such an amazing transformation with such a fantastic team, all good natured, polite and willing. There were a couple of times when as the client, I felt as though I wasn't in control of the decision making, but we worked through this together and it all came unbelievably good. Highly recommended. Expensive. But with 6 other builders not providing either a quote or incomparable information, it was an easy choice to opt for Inscope.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of working with Craig and his talented team at Duraforce on a major renovation project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and I truly feel they went above and beyond in every aspect. The scope of work was extensive: Craig was appointed to knock down several structural and non-structural walls, install a stunning bi-folding window, replace some windows and the front door, completely redo a bathroom, lay underfloor heating, fill up certain doorways, handle electrics and plumbing, create a new walk-in wardrobe, design and build a media wall, mount a brand-new kitchen, and finally carry out all the decorative finishes including flooring and painting. It was essentially a full transformation of the space, and every element was executed to an incredibly high standard. One of the things that impressed me most was their ability to stick exactly to the timeline. We had agreed on a 12-week schedule, and they finished precisely on time — not a single day late. In the world of building and renovations, that is nothing short of remarkable. This level of reliability gave me a huge amount of confidence and made the whole process much less stressful than I had anticipated. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Every detail feels considered, precise, and solid. Whether it was the clean lines of the new media wall, the seamless integration of the bi-fold window, or the beautifully finished bathroom, the craftsmanship is clear in every corner. Craig and his team clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows. Beyond the quality, communication was outstanding. Craig kept me updated throughout the project, was always easy to reach, and proactively offered his own ideas and suggestions. Many of these were excellent improvements to the original plans — he has a great eye for design and functionality. I always felt he was looking out for the best possible result, not just the easiest route. It’s also worth noting that the only minor issues we encountered came from third-party suppliers or trades we had brought in ourselves. In those cases, Craig was still incredibly helpful in finding solutions and keeping the project on track, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and problem-solving skills. Overall, I can say without hesitation that I would recommend Craig and Duraforce to anyone looking for high-quality building and renovation work.
