“We hired Sirois Home Solutions to work with us to create living space from our unfinished basement. After reviewing the space with us and discussing our vision, Pam drew up a Floor Plan incorporating all of what we hoped to do: Family Room, Pantry, Desk area, finished chimney stack behind wood stove with storage for wood and decorative shelving, Laundry area, and a 1/2 bath. We discussed our budget and talked about materials and then Jesse came up with a proposal breaking down the project for our approval. We collected proposals from several contractors; Sirois Home Solutions was not the least expensive but we strongly felt they would be the best to work with - we were not disappointed. They were professional and helpful every step of the way. Having Pam's expertise in making decisions regarding colors and materials was soooo helpful. We used resources like Houzz to figure out what we liked and what we didn't and Pam then came up with a manageable number of options to choose from. Jesse consistently showed up as scheduled and the project came in on time and on budget. He kept us up to date on progress and schedule, and most importantly he respected that we needed to use the space while it was in progress and consistently cleaned up after himself and respected our home. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but having access to my laundry area all during construction was fabulous! Did I mention they stayed on schedule and on budget? By far the best contractor to work with that we have experienced. The finished space already feels like it has always been a part of our home. I couldn't recommend this team more highly.”

“When we decided to have our kitchen and the floor in the adjacent dining room remodeled we wanted to support local businesses and find someone in town to do it. We're so glad we found STG Services. We filled out and submitted the Project Submission form on the STG website. Wayne sent us an email the same day and we set up an appointment for 8AM the following Monday morning. We were very impressed when the doorbell rang at 7:58AM on Monday morning. Wayne was quick, professional, and really seemed to know the business. We received 3 detailed estimates within a week and selected the option which included repairing the kitchen cabinets as needed, painting all doors and cabinets, installing new hardware, a new backsplash, new hardwood kitchen floor with heavy duty water based polyurethane and refinishing the dining room floor. We added staining the floor golden oak and painting a standing cabinet in the kitchen to the project and were satisfied with the added cost. Wayne and Justin were professional, capable and we appreciated the fact that they used plastic sheets to keep the dust to a minimum. They had a great attention to detail and were very thoughtful. “This is the company you want to do your project. We hired Brendan to do a complete kitchen remodeling, down to the studs. They were professional throughout, from the first visit to discuss plans to the punch list items. In fact, Brendan is probably the easiest contractor to work with that we have ever hired. He was quickly responsive to any issue that came up. He has great patience to answer questions and work with the client through the myriad of choices that have to be made for a project such as this, and he had terrific suggestions for both style and cost-saving. The finished project is fantastic, in large part due to Brendan's design suggestions. The workmanship and attention to detail was exacting, and he and his main carpenter Matt were always able to come up with clever solutions to the various construction problems that invariably develop in any project. They don't cut corners or take the easy way out, but rather have great pride in the quality of the job. The project was performed on schedule, with any delays being our own fault for being slow in making our materials choices. As for the financial piece, everything was laid out in understandable terms and there were no surprises, with Brendan even swallowing additional costs on his own a couple of times. In addition, they were extremely considerate of the premises and our dog, always keeping in mind that they were working in someone's home. Everything was cleaned every day, and they even did the little things such as vacuum out the cabinet drawers after installing the cabinet hardware. We have high expectations, and Brendan met them all. If you use them, you will be delighted.”
