The other part that was AMAZING was that they didn't quote just basic things, they quoted us with upgrades that they knew would make us happy and make for a better built home. “For the past five years I have contracted Centerline Construction to work on my house in Columbia County, New York. The projects have been diverse, from the installation of a new hot water system to remodeling bathrooms and bedrooms. The quality of the work has always been exceptional, and I have always been very satisfied with the end result. They listen carefully to my requests, and I am particularly impressed with their efforts to understand my personal aesthetic and vision. A recent example of this involved the installation of Moroccan tiles in my kitchen and bathroom. This project was quite difficult given these handmade tiles were often uneven and each a little crooked, which to me was part of their special appeal. Centerline was able to accommodate this variety and I now have beautiful, perfectly laid floors in an old-world style that blends magnificently with the rest of the house. In regards to the cost, Centerline's estimates have always been accurate and very fair. I would surely recommend Centerline Construction to anyone who wants to have a job done right and, at the same time, aesthetically pleasing. “Brian and his crew completed a renovation/ Timberpeg addition on my home in Berkshire county Ma . They did a great job removing the gable end of house and married up the new Timberframe 2 story addition. It was a very intricate project and his team did a great ( with terrible weather conditions) to keep our home useable with temporary walls and weather tight . The end result is a beautiful Timberpeg great room and lower level home gym .”

“Two decorative columns on my front porch were replaced and looked exactly as they should - even though they are fiberglass, they look like the original wood and were installed without a hitch. I also had two hand rails and banisters made of pressure treated wood installed and they were custom fitted to the columns perfectyly. I am very satisfied with the work done by everyone involved. They were professional, prompt and clean. They even called to do the job earlier than the projected date.”

He has a fine aesthetic, which is far more than I can say about most contractors. Just as important to us, he's more than a just a great hammer-head. He's intellectually gifted to chat about life beyond his tools and craft. And his wit is....well....you'll get it after a day or two and really appreciate it. I will use Ireland Home Improvement again - and recommend him fr work in the Berkshire MA area.”
