“I hired Solitude Homes to build my house. As a first time buyer/builder, I had a great experience. Cody was great to work with. He helped me use an existing floor plan and change it to meet my needs. I really enjoyed being able to pick out all of the materials for my house. The designer was very helpful. I would have liked to do a walk through with the electrician as well as pick out my lighting fixtures a little earlier. My house was finished pretty much on schedule and within budget. I felt like Cody was as excited as I was about my house. He was very helpful in customizing my plan and keeping it wthin the budget I had decicided on. My house turned out beautifully and I love coming home every day. I would definitely recommend Solitude Homes and if I ever build again, I will hire them again.”

“I purchased a very large, bank owned home that needed lots of work with an FHA 203K Streamline Renovation Loan. Matt worked well with the lender to meet the loan requirements and hired excellent subcontractors who got me the most for my money. My project wasn't fancy, but it was very big. My neighbors, friends who knew the house before I bought it, and even the mail carrier have all remarked that the house looks terrific.
