“We had NME finish our basement, about 1000 square feet. They literally built it from nothing as it was just concrete and studs. We had them build a full bathroom, large guest/office room, kitchenette, and a common living space. Noor was ALWAYS very responsive to our calls, emails, and texts and was helpful to answer any questions we had and mindful of us trying to stay in our budget, making adjustments when needed. The finished product was a beautiful, comfortable living space conducive to our family's needs. We have three young kids and this space definitely maximizes the functionality of our home. “They built our house providing great workmanship and integrity. They are very knowledgeable and used quality materials. While the house was being built, they were either doing the work or inspecting the work of others to ensure the quality desired. Any repair work was quickly completed. “I hired Andy and his crew from Epic to remodel the main bathroom in my house. They had to take the room down to the studs and numerous issues were found. They went above and beyond what the initial plan had been, even putting a new floor joist in through the outside of the house. All the workers were friendly, timely and professional and did an excellent job. The finished bathroom was beautifl and I plan on using Epic for all my upcoming remodeling projects”

“After meeting with six local design/build companies, we felt DiYanni was the right choice for our project. Jenny and Ray addressed all our concerns and brought unique ideas to the table. In terms of price, they were in the middle of the quotes we received and we are happy with the value for the final price. With all the companies we got initial quotes from and proceeded to designs with, the initial quote was significantly less than the actual cost. Whether this was because of the scale/scope of our particular project or standard practice, I couldn't say for sure. Throughout the design phase Jenny was spectacular, answering questions and modifying the design (including revising 3D renderings of the space) multiple times until it was just right. Her input on style choices was much appreciated. We are now entering the build phase of the project and can't wait to see the end result. Their process is seamless, handing off from one person to the next in an established manner that makes the project move smoothly from phase to phase. I would highly recommend this company for designing your remodel.”
