“I recently had a loft conversion, new bathroom, new kitchen,a full rewiring, new radiators,nflooring throughout and beautiful stairs installed - and I can honestly say these budders were exceptional from start to finish. Their workmanship is good. What really set them apart was their attitude. They were consistently courteous, patient and took the time to explain each stage of the work so I always felt informed. They offered thoughtful suggestions that generally improved the final result, showing how experienced knowledgeable they are. Their honesty and professionalism were so strong that I felt completely comfortable giving them a key to my home. They respected my space, kept everything tidy and treated the project as if it were their own home. “I came across Practical Planning on Facebook in July 2021. We had our initial consultation middle of August, first designs by end of August and with as many changes as we needed, we were putting in Planning permission by end October! Build started in January 2022 and will be finished by early May! Such a swift and efficient process if you want it to move quickly as we did. Ben puts you and your ideas first and is there at the end of the phone when you have any questions. He also took us through the planning stages and still available to advise builders if needed. The price is so, so competitive in the architectural world, but there is no compromise on service and design quality. Aside from all the technical knowledge, Ben is professional, polite and very easy to talk to, especially when you are new to a build project. I recommend him to everyone I speak to who mentions they are thinking of renovation/extension works.”
