“Inscope Management carried out the refurbishment/building work for a recent interior design project for a large apartment in Chelsea. This included a new bathrooms and kitchen (their speciality). Their work was of a high standard and their professionalism, pleasant & considerate behaviour worked well, in this potentially difficult and dense site with many occupied apartments around. They worked within designated times, and cleared and cleaned the communal access areas each day. Very pleased with their performance.”

“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “I had only positive experience from the first day of engaging with Excell. Yuriy went out of his way to assist us through the building process, patiently answering my questions, amending quotes as I changed my mind, as well as engaging directly with local authorities and architect. He has encouraged us to make decisions, without forcing his ideas and accommodated changes, even after the work has started. I love the fact that I can always get answers on my texts, email or phone calls, even on his days off. Despite the complexity of the project, building double extension on the side, single extension at the back and doing loft conversion, while leaving on the hill with no direct access from the road, I was told that work is ahead of schedule and I am very happy with the quality so far. Two months to go and I can't wait until can move into my new home.”

“Chris and his team provided some refurbishment works at my property in Leyton. His team was professional, courteous and efficient whilst having great communication with Chris during the duration of the project. They ensured cleaning/tidying was done on a daily basis which was great as we where still living in the property. The work was carried out to high standard and I was kept up to date at each stage of the project with detailed invoices and explanations of costs so there where no surprises. “Fineva Construction came as a personal recommendation, and they did not disappoint. They built a kitchen extension and side return on our Victorian home in Beckenham. At the outset, they helped make all those tricky decisions I had no experience of, and looking back, we made all the right choices. All work was carried out within the 12 week schedule that was initially agreed and to the highest standards. As with any building work, there were small unforeseen issues that arose. But Pete Cook and his guys always had a solution ready and never tried to increase the cost because of them. The plans we had were always flexible, meaning that when our ideas evolved, they were always happy to incorporate them. They made useful suggestions on how to make improvements that we wouldn’t have thought of, such as adding soundproofing between the floors when the opportunity arose. The guys on site were all a pleasure to have around; courteous, polite and hard-working. As someone who works in the building industry, I was very impressed at every aspect of their work, and they are the top recommendation I have in my book of contacts!”
