“Total kitchen renovation extending kitchen area by removing the dining room and having an open concept layout to the living room area. Project was started on time and was completed in a reasonable time frame. Workers are professional and polite. As always in a major renovation project, you will run into some unexpected issues but the company will work with you financially and suggest recommendations to cut out extra costs at the same time overcoming any project issues. I will be hiring them again to do my next bedroom/bathroom renovations. I already have brought them back to extend my wood flooring into my basement.”

“I had an unfinished basement project and contacted THH. Cody and his team did a FANTASTIC job executing my vision! He reworked the layout, plumbing, electric, ventilation system, drywall and painting. Cody gave me new ideas and solutions to make the space more efficient! I highly recommend this company! “My wife and I purchased a new spec home from Mitchell & Best and we are thrilled with the quality and attention to detail. The house is amazingly tight, we had a gas line that was damaged during some construction on the street and were without gas for 5 hours. It was below 30 degrees and windy and during the 5 hours the house temp dropped 3 degrees from 72 down to 69. I highly recommend this builder.”

“I hired Loar Construction to remodel my kitchen, take out a wall between my formal living room and family room, install new hardwood floors on my entire first floor, steps, and second floor hallway, install new tile floors in my kitchen and two of my bathrooms, along with remodeling my master bathroom, and moving some of my existing doors and windows. It has totally transformed our house and we love it! They were very professional I would highly recommend Rob and his team for any construction project.”

“Andrew and the ALC team built an amazing addition to our home. Many people approach the building of a garage as a separate entity, but from the very start, Andrew listened to what we wanted and created a beautiful garage and breezeway that looked like it was a part of the original structure of our home. We felt confident from our very first meeting, that their knowledge, connections and experience would help us get the end results that we desired and they did not disappoint! Their continued involvement in every step of the building and design process held our confidence throughout and eased any of our expected worries. The quality of materials, help and suggestions that their team utilized were all exemplar. “I love my new tub and tile. I am likely to hire this company again for my Kitchen remodel after a few other higher priority jobs are done. Cemil and Henry took very good care of us and setting up the job was easy. A few notes about the kind of work asked for. We needed to replace tub, tile and fix plaster damage on the first floor that was directly under a hole in the old tub. Kitchen and Bath Shop solved these issues and the work was wonderful. The workers gave good expectations on when they would arrive on site. They were very respectful and friendly. They took very good care to protect my home from scuffs. There were maybe two small places where grout/plaster ended up in an unexpected place (near my bathroom doorknob and a small splat on my toilet bowl) however I probably just need a putty knife to sand down remove that. No remodel goes perfectly, there was a snafu with the supplier that ended up with us installing a different color accent tile than originally planned. There was also a delay in getting tile, but in the days of Covid, we were prepared for that. However, the company gave us a discount and did not charge for the plaster repair, which more than made up for the alteration. The more I look at the finished product, the more I am happier with the result. Work took seven days to complete, due to a delay in receiving tile. Cemil did mention that it could be up to two weeks to finish the job, so he set realistic expectations. The workers were very professional. And my family can shower like we live in a hotel.”
