“Chris and his team are amazing. Communication, honesty and transparency is second to none - compared to the other local well renowned Brisbane builders (the ones all over facebook and instagram) Chris was a breath of fresh air. Chris has worked extremely hard with us to realise and deliver our ambitious and challenging (oversized!) project in Clayfield. Right in the thick of unprecedented increasing material prices, rising interest rates and availability of labour and materials - Chris has been in the trenches with us, helping us navigate this volatile time in the construction industry, working closely with us to look at options where we can save money. Chris is a problem solver, always positive and has been resilient, a rock for us, in the face of what have been some very adverse and unique situations. We have been so happy and impressed with Chris and his team on our $1m+ project - their professionalism, workmanship, quality of work and work rate is phenomenal. Although our project is not yet finished, we have no doubt that it will meet (and no doubt) exceed our expectations and make reality what we have been dreaming about for the past 6 years. “It all started with meeting Jason Nicholls, the sales consultant of Ownit Homes, I walked into a display home in Upper Coomera and there I met Jason. What an asset to the company, he is kind and friendly, not pushy at all and so helpful. Nothing is ever too much for him. And he follows up with everything. Next is the back office team in particular Nikki Lennon and Angela Black. I have asked them both so many questions and they never got irritable with me and they explained everything to me in a language I could understand. And lastly, Mark, the site supervisor, he is as friendly as the rest and phones me every week to let me know how the construction is going. (A very nice touch) My new home is on time and on budget. I would really recommend Ownit Homes to anyone that is thinking of building a new home.”

“Jay and FCGs has built three high end residential homes for me and I totally recommend him. The service he provides from the planning stage until completion is outstanding and beyond what you would receive from any project builder. The projects were completed on time and within budget. Jay is extremely passionate and particular about what he builds and he surrounds himself with other subcontractors who are also passionate and particular of their work. From the start, through the process of quotation right until the keys were handed over, Kirby and his team displayed nothing but professionalism. No question or query went unanswered and all communication was undertaken in a timely and professional manner. “Fantastic Construction people, I like the way the price doesn't change and they work in with you. I don't know the technical stuff but some how they understood what i wanted and made it really easy to understand. Increasing the value of a home was the priority as we didn't want to move. We wanted more natural light and more space, the cost was realistic and they worked around our schedule so there was minimum disturbance. They really put themselves our for us. I would use them again perhaps in a few years to work on the patio and pool, for now the extension front and back will keep us happy.”
