“We hired Da Maren Renovations Inc. to move a door in an office from one wall to another as well as tear down a wall to create a locker room from two offices. They were quick, tidy, and excellent work was done. You would never know there was a wall between the two offices. You would never know there was a door in the main hallway of the one office. The job included tear out, dry wall, tape, mud, paint, steel door movement, trim, flooring. t The work was excellent.”

“Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. Throughout the project they were very professional, kept the work site clean, were always on time and kept the project on schedule as promised. The end product is a beautifully built, up to code deck that we can now enjoy for years to come. “Frank completed an extensive basement design and renovation for us. Our home is older and with the reno, Frank tackled several challenges, including unexpected ones, professionally and to our best advantage. He took our walls down to the studs and made our basement a useful and beautiful space - just what we wanted and more! He is completely transparent with costs and pricing and we trusted him in our home. He also hires competent and certified people to assist as needed. We have already hired Frank back for more work and happily share the Gateway Homes name when we can.”

“We decided to make our downstairs kitchen into a pantry/kitchen and are using The Bradburn group to make the upgrade. They have handled the relationship with the cabinet manufacturer, tiling supplier, electrician, stainless steel counter supplier etc. The guys have been respectful of our space and have been as clean as possible in a renovation situation. The subcontractors they have brought in are professional and keep us informed when unforeseen issues arise and we need to make decisions. The floor wasn't level and so we needed that handles first to ensure the tiles would be flat. The tile guys were great and exceeded our expectations on the workmanship. The cabinets are coming and we are including a cat drawer for the litter with an access hole to keep the panty area looking great. The designer has been great and deliver is a few days away and we'll do a further review for that. We would highly recommend The Bradburn Group for any kitchen renovation!”

“It was mid November, we had permits, drawings and a framer (Andrew M.) lined up for our 500 sq ft addition above the attached double car garage. 2 days AFTER the framers were supposed to begin our demo/ build they backed out saying they should have never taken on our project because of how busy they were. My wife and I were in a panic because we had to search for a new crew to start our project. After reaching out to 20+ framers we found Elevation Builders based out of guelph. We had 10+ quotes from a whole batch of framers and Paul not only had the most reasonable price, but he could also begin our project within 2 weeks and complete it before Christmas. By trade, im a finish trim carpenter so I care about the fine details. The way Paul and his crew tied in the new addition to the existing part of the house was flawless. It was my biggest fear to have this addition completed and to clearly look like "an addition". Not here! His workmanship and quality is second to none. If i need to hire for framing in the future, i wouldn't think twice and neither should you. You would make a solid choice! Alex B. Kitchener Ontario”
