Took a year to complete a 4 month project. Despite blaming covid i know they carried on taking projects from others. A week after final snags we had a major leak. They had peirced holes into the water pipes whilst installing wardrobes. After waiting 2 months to fix the damage...i just gave up a hired a local tradesmen.
There work may be good for some
But not others. So zero consistency.

Although ours was just a rear extension and kitchen install, we felt we had to do our home work. Following a number of quotes from various contractors, we decided to go with Caudle Developments. Although they were not the cheapest they made us feel that we would be the only client at the time. We had contractors on site almost every working day, and sometimes weekends. All the guys were respectful and plesant to deal with. We had zero issues to worry about. Should we have any questions, they were answered or dealt with in a timely and profesional manner. All the contractors seemed to take pride in their work, and only left site after cleaning up around them.
We would highly recommend Caudle Developments, and will use again.

Dan and his team were amazing from start to finish. Dan was really accommodating and calm throughout the whole project, his team were really polite, friendly and professional. They were really considerate of my neighbours and a pleasure to have around. The work was completed to a high standard on time and in budget. I highly recommend them to anyone. Our job was quite big (for us- first timers!) and nothing phased them.
