We had a single storey extension to the rear of our property completed in 2019. This included the dismantling of an existing conservatory, removal of conifers and moving of drains. I have to say I was impressed from the beginning, having already prepared plans in place we were able to get an accurate estimate with no hidden costs involved. This was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. The build was estimated to be around 4 months and started on time. The builders were friendly, on time, done a full days work and were really approachable. They kept us fully updated throughout the build, any little matter was raised and we felt we were able to raise anything and it would be sorted straight away. Communication through the office, in particular Hollie was awesome, she was on top of everything, from scheduling to finishes we wanted, any changes we made or additions we added, nothing was too much trouble which was really reassuring. The build was completed to a very high standard. It did take longer than originally planned but we were kept up to date around this so it wasn’t something of a surprise. The aftercare has been exemplary, any queries we had have been dealt with quickly, painters and decorators have come back after 6 months for complimentary retouches with a few cracks that have appeared which I thought was a nice touch. Cooper and Keeling are highly professional and very reliable. They provided a great service during the challenging circumstances of the first national lockdown and went above and beyond to ensure our project was completed on time.
