I'm so grateful to Arian and his team for renovating our late aunt's property. They transformed it from a run down old flat that hadn't been done up since the 70s to a lovely, modern, spacious looking and beautifully finished property. Communication was timely, friendly and Arian dealt with any problems that arose along the way very professionally. I couldn't have asked for a better builder for my first experience with a full refurbishment. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Arian has installed a new toilet for me. He gave me some good advice on several things. I think he delivered a superb service, reliability, and good workmanship.

It was a positive experience having Dara Builders undertaking our major bathroom renovation. I’ve used Dara Builders for many jobs now and always return to them for any work needed on my house. Work has included lots of Carpentry, building bespoke cupboards & floating shelves, fitting flooring, fitting kitchen worktop, various tiling jobs etc. And I will continue to use them for future jobs. Arian is extremely professional, meticulous with every job, always reliable and hard working and even cleans/tidys up after every job, I’ve never had a builder do this before! Arian Dara carried out a 4 week project renovating our upstairs bathroom, including a knock-through and complete gutting and modelling of the room. Throughout the project Arian was very polite, reliable, hard working, kept us informed of what was happening and regularly sought our input to ensure the project was delivered to our satisfaction. We are very impressed with the finished result, which has been completed to a high quality, and would definitely use Dara Builders again for future work.

Dara Builders hired in May 2016 to knock bathroom and toilet together and do complete re-fit. Excellent work, so got Arian to do two more rooms: fit a ceramic tiled floor in the kitchen, as well as painting the room and fitting new sink; and decorating the hall and stairs. Highly recommended.

Dara Builders completely redecorated my house, installed and tiled a new bathroom and finished off wood flooring that had been left uncompleted by previous contractor. Their standard of work is very high and their attention detail is unrivalled. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a builder/decorator. Also, I have complete confidence in their advice and opinion. They are total professionals.
